Highlighting inserted data not in a validation list

    Hello-

I am trying to accomplish a few new things in excel - any help would be much appreciated!

    1. I Have a validation list and I have enabled the user to enter data that isn't in the list by putting a warning vs. a stop. I would now like to somehow highlight or change the color of the text of the data the user enters. Does anyone know how to do this?

    2. I would like to make my validation list multiselect - all values selected in the same cell delimited by a comma

    3. I would like to have data entered in one tab populate in another tab.

    Thank you

Here's how to do number 2/3.

You won't be able to change colour of any one item in the multi-item cell content.
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Are you right-clicking on the actual tab at the bottom where the sheetname is?

Alt+F11, then if your Project Explorer is showing on the Left (if not go to View|Project Explorer). Find you VBAProject(your workbook name), expand the tree, then expand the Microsoft Excel Objects tree, and right click on the sheetname, select View Code, or just double-click the sheetname.
