Hi, I have been trying to work on the formula for cells to be colored yellow 5 days before the date indicated and a red colored cell if it date goes beyond "todays" date
attached is the file with no formula... im stuck.

assuming col C, try the attached. I used conditional formatting to give you what you need
Actually, it should be the column "30 days" and "deadline"
the input cell is the membership date. So if i put 01/01/12 in column C, colors will apply on column F & G based on todays date and the condition.

Actually, it hasn't been solved yet. I appreciate the fast response, but can you take a look at the attached please.
The input date is the "membership date"
the 30 days and expiration date automatically sets when the membership date has been typed,
The PROBLEM:
the 30 days and deadline date should turn yellow if its 5 days before TODAY'S date and red, if it hit the deadline and if its beyond.....
Use conditional formatting -> use formula -> enter formula =TODAY()-10 =F4 for 10 days before due date and =TODAY()+1=F4 for greater than today's date

I'm trying a similar thing but need the cell to change colour when over 14 days.
G3 should remain the same colour because within 14 days but G4 & G5 should hi-lite as red because over 14 days.
Can this be done ?
Please help !
