Multiple condition lookup and chart

Dear experts,

I have a scenario in which in have bring the output in the form of graph.

here i explain,

Cell - A(created date) B(resolved date) C(Created week) D(resolved week) E(priority)
01.01.2012 05.03.2012 W01 W08 LOW
02.03.2012 06.05.2012 W04 W16 HIGH

Thais is my data.


Here i have predefined the weeks.

let we take row 1, my 01.01.2012 created date fall under Week01 and resolved date fall under Week08 (say for example).

I need a chart which sowing in week 01 how many issues created and solved. say if 10 issues created,then how much fall under LOW & HIGH priority.

I tried with Countif formula.but i could bring only in WK01 how much created and solved.

Can anyone help me to sort out this.

Please also refer attached sheet.

in the sheet1 you find data, sheet2 week and date assignment and count if result for created and resolved data.

How to draw the graph with priority.

is there any Lookup or IF lookup formula to bring this count?
