VBA code for paste Special value

1. ) Please help by providing vba code for paste special Value only. e.g when i copy a cell containing formula , and paste in another cell or sheet , with help of vba code, only result of the formula should be pasted and not the formula.

2.) Also guide how to lock or protect workheets or project containing VBA code with help of password so that no other person can access that code without my permission.


Hope , master of VBA are around and would guide accordingly.
