Calculate an even spread of data over a 12 month period

Can anyone please help me spread data evenly across 12 months? I am trying to determine a head count increase and wonder if there is an easy way to do this. For example how would I spread the increase from 125 to 483 across 12 months. I am used to using a spread function in Cognoscenti TM1.

    Thanks so much

    Victoria
