Excel 2007 : How to return different values in a range according to date without repeating the same

I need help..this is driving me crazy!!!

I need to fix either one of this formulas so that it returns the values of a group of cells without repeting them



This formula worked but i dont know how to fix it so that i can include others cells in the search like y5:ac5, y14:ac14 and some others... and so that when i copy it to the next cell, returns a anew value that hasnt been return before
=IF(OR($D$9="",$D$9=0,D9>35),"",INDEX(N1SR!H14:L48,D9,MATCH(1,INDEX((N1SR!H5:L5>=G9)*(N1SR!H5:L5<AL3 ),0),0)))

Let me explain this: if i put the formula in cell A1 it will return the first value with a date between g9 and al3 but i need to fix it so that it can return the second value with the date range
for example if h5 has a date of 8/3/12 and the formula returns its value in A1 and h6 has a date of 8/5/12 when i copy the formula to B2 it doesnt return h15 again and instead brings the value of 8/15/12




I tried this formula when i had the values in different worksheets ad it worked but when i copied the formula to the next cell it always return the same first value with the date 8/3/12 and ignored any other value

what i need is to show the values of N1SR! H14:L14, Y14:AC14, AP14:AT14 AND SO ON in ESTSR!D11:AH11 ACCORDING TO THE DATE I PICKED IN ESTR!G9 AND THE NUMBER OF THE STUDENT IN ESTR!D9 THIS IS WHAT I NEED =IF(OR($D$9="",$D$9=0,D9>35),"", TO BE PART OF THE FORMULA
