How to open excel documents in separate window

Is there any setting in Excel to set that when I open new document from Excel to open in new window. Because if I have 3 different documents Excel combine all three to one window and I must switch these 3 documents in one window.

I know I can run new Excel program and then open new excel file, but this method is slow and not user friendly.

On 'File' menu got to 'Advanced' and check the 'Show all windows in the taskbar'.

Alternatively, to toggle between sheets open in the same window you can use CTRL+TAB instead of ALT+TAB

I have this option turn on. And if I have two excel document opened also have at taskbar 2 "window". But it I click to one of them, it's still 2 documents in one window.
