How to hide columns based on cell value in different rows

HI All

As attached, you can see column H with Data Validation, i wanna know if it is possible to unhide column I to M when only "Quay" is selected from column H and hide them when column N on the same row is filled with whichever places.

That i wanna do is when filling the sheet from B to H, when quay is selected, I to M is unhide, so that i can fill them and when N is filled, it unhides I to M.

Is it possible

Please help me with some codes, as i have google some, but have not seen any result of what im looking for

By Right Clicking on the SHeets Tab View Code just COPY the code and then paste it in the Worksheet--where you want this to be implemented..
