Trying to us a dropdown to calculate total time whenever a name is selected.

I'm using an excel spreadsheet that tracks lessons along with who completes the work and how long it takes. I'm looking for a formula that can sum the time they work based on when their name is selected from a dropdown list. I also need it to take that total and calculate out as to 25% of the total project for that person. I'm trying to track each person productivity on a large project.

    Como

I can provide my spreadsheet if you like. Just let me know.

The speardsheet has multiple tabs and a List tab that has the names I want to track. They are in the SME list. I've also put information in the Development Tab on the first lesson to show what is entered. If you need anything else just let me know thanks.

    Como
