Greetings,
I have a validated column of YES/NO("X", "") cells, then a column of numbers, then a column of corresponding text.
If yes/no is "X", I cat the number and the text into the last column.
I end up with a results column in which some have the cat'ed text, and some are empty of text.(but all rows contain the eval/cat formula).

I would like to create a compacted column from the results column with which could then create a named range

How do I get the data from the cells that contain the concatenated text while ignoring the blank(but not "empty") cells into a nicely compacted column which I can then name and use to both create a validation list and to populate other sheets. I just cant seem to get my formulas to ignore the source cells with formulas.

I guess I could use VBA and execute it with a "remake list" button.

Any help would be great.
