hide zero values plotted on a line graph

Hi, I have a graph attached and I want to change it so it doesn't show the zero values in the plotted lines on the graph, but I still want the axis to show all the weeks (Wk -13 to Wk 13). Anyone know how to do this?

Replace 0 with =NA()
