Excel 2007 : Trying to build a Time Sheet Work Book and am stuck on seperating the day and night shift

Hello All,

I have been working on a workbook for my company to keep track of our times. i have a Master sheet with a Drop down box that separates the employees onto the correct Time Sheet by selecting "day" or "night". I have Tried VLOOKUP but can not get it to work for me. Can any one offer any suggestions on why this is not working, or a better way to do this? I have attached the workbook for review.

Yes, but I need to get those blank cells gone. The Purpose of this is more room for all our guys so i need every cell. Is there a way to shift those names up on each time sheet?
