    Data Validation to force any YYYY (year)

    I need a Data VAlidation formula to have user enter a year only.

    Data Validation > Allow Whole Number > Data Between > Minimum 1900 > Maximum 2099

    CSE, aka Array aka { }, formulae are confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER.
    Replace commas ( , ) with semicolons ( ; ) in formulae, if your locale setting demands.
