Excel 2007 : Rounding Cells to the nearest Ten

Simple question ...
Have set the cells to Number format and removed decimal places, but i'd also like to have the number present to the nearest ten or hundred etc. How can i set this up?
Ex: 1349, nearest ten 1350, nearest 100 1300

Thanks Tom, however if i am unsure of whether i want it to round up CEILING or round down FLOOR is there a combination?! Basically i want it to round up / down like any normal mathematical rounding.

Rather than use FLOOR/CEILING you can simply use the ROUND function.

I.e. ROUND(1349,-1)
-1 = nearest 10
-2 = nearest 100
