I have a very long list of cells column A has Names and column B has Dates. Some Names have more dates than others but every name has a "Year to Date" cell. I want to insert a new row each time "Year to Date" appears, and I want this new row to be inserted ABOVE the "YTD" cell. I attached a sample file below to clarify.
