    auto fill drop down and

    Hello.

Best bet is to check the sheet...

I just got everything working well, however, now that we have tried it out, we realize that there are to many items on the drop down item description lists to make selecting the correct one a quick process, and there are to many different ways to describe an item for example is the first word the brand, size, color... So, how can we make it populate as we type but not require exact spelling from the first letter. For example, if a user types gloves there are no inventory items that start with gloves, but there is Grey Winter GlovesM and 10 other variations.

Second question. When the user selects a company name, it is pulling from the sub sheet. Most sub contractors have one or 2 guys who are approved to purchase items. When a Sub is selected, is there a way to make the ermployee drop down only display a name or to from the approved list. The Sub sheet is a bit messy, but if there are 2 names before the next company then there are 2 approved employees.

    Thanks so much
