Can not find the correct formula

Working on a simple budget plan for a start up company. In one of the cells, i am trying to find the formula that will calculate a range then multiply. Im not even sure if im stating this correctly. If Cell B5 is 1-19.9999, then multiply Cell B5 by 0. If Cell B5 is 20-199.9999, then Multiply Cell B5 by 3. If Cell B5 is 200 and up, then multiply Cell B5 by 4. Any questions or help are welcome.
