Is there a way to have Excel in some way highlight (i.e. change font color, fill color, bold, etc.) cells of a particular value or which fall within a specific range? For example, I have a large spreadsheet of monthly hours worked by a list of employees. I'd like to have Excel fill the cells yellow for those at or over 125 hours so that they jump out at the viewer more readily.

Yes, it's called conditional formatting (and I believe in 2003, it's under the Format menu). Select your range and then go to conditional formatting and simply set it to cell value > or = to 125. Questions?

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
