My company does quotes via Excel and we have a large list of options that can be chosen. Before I print I would like to "compress" the options/line items that have NOT been chosen. For instance, we have an air system and a Nitrogen system, each with it's own set of options. If the customer wants Air, I select that as well as any appropriate options they desire. Before I print I would like the N2 options as well as any unchecked air options to be "compressed" so that when I print I do not see everything, I just want to see what was chosen. Does this have to be a macro, etc.? Suggestions?
