    Conditional Formatting Question

I am trying to change the font color in one cell if another cell has a certain value. The values range from 6 to 12 and each value requires a different color. I have 27 rows to do this for so I was wondering if there was a better way to go about this than creating 189 conditional statements. I am using Excel 2007 on a PC.

    Re: Conditional Formatting Question

You need only 7 conditional statements and fix your range ...

    Something like this.

    =$B1=1>>color a

    =$B1=2>>color b

    =$B1=3>>color c
