    Basic Forwarding Macro

We have a form in Excel that all of our sales employees have to fill out everytime they finalize a sale. My manager is attempting to create a macro that would allow sales reps. to simply click a button/link at the bottom of the form and send it to a our boss who oversees sales for the company. Is there any way I can write a a macro that will allow me to do this?

I tried applying it in Excel 2010, and was unable to get it to work. Should I be formatting it inside of the macro taskbar?
