    Modify an existing Named Range

    Hi.

I've set up several named ranges. I would like to rename some of them, and change the cell locations of others. I can't see any way to do this - does anyone know how?

I can't replace - because it will only allow one range with a given name - and I can't see how to delete, either.

I'm working in a recent version of Excel. I don't know which version because I can't find Help / About or any likely equivalent.

    Regards,
    Sue.

Choose "Formulas" in the ribbon -> Choose "Name manager". There you can edit/delete existing named ranges and create new ones as well.

Note that when you tab into the refers to range cell, you will be in "Enter" Mode. If you move the cursor, cell addresses will be added.

Press F2 when you are in the box to enter "Edit" mode and you can move about to your heart's content.
