    XIRR for non contiguous arrays

Hi again! here is the challenging question.

Xirr doesn't work with non contiguous cells. period. In my case, as in most cases, irr or rate cannot be the alternative. Macros are also not the option since i need the range to be automatic dynamic and there will be 22*90 XIRR calculations with no option for naming ranges. The one direction of thought is convert non contiguous range of cells to the format of array and use it inside XIRR ({a;b;c;d;e} format). The question is how to do this. Macros are again is not the option due to requirements (dynamic, automatic and numerous calculations).

So, excel gurus and experts, any thoughts? The help is disparately needed. If, by the chance you do know how to make Xirr to work with non contiguous cells - you're will be most welcome!!

    Thanks in advance!

Re: XIRR for non contiguous arrays

it doesn't help at all (i refer to ranges with =IF(OFFSET(Cashflows!$A$1,$C$2,1,,142)>$A$15,OFFSET(Cashflows!$A$1,$C$2,1,,142)) and problematic cells are located on another sheet). But thanks anyway!!
