Formula to auto calculate total amount at the last row of the day

Dear all,

I have a excel problem which need your expertise.

20-06-2012
AAA 5
BBB 6
CCC 10 21

21-06-2012
BBB 3
CCC 2
DDD 3
BBB 5 13

22-06-2012
AAA 1
BBB 2
CCC 3
DDD 4
EEE 5
BBB 6
CCC 7 28


Is there any formula that we can enter at column C which is able to auto calculate total amount of the day at the last row of the day?
Set a formula to pull down, total amount of the day will be calculated at the last row of the day.
Currently I enter sum formula at the last row of the day to calculate total amount of the day manually. It is not smart enough for a very big file.
Please help

Thanks for your prompt replied.

The file that i attached is the summary problem that i face as actual file is quite complicated and very big.
We are not allowed to change the format. The date can not be put besides the data. It is at the header level.
One of the main problem i face is we can not enter formula at the end of the day. The formula need to be entered at every row and it must be smart enought to calculate total amount of the day at the last row of the day.

Hi vlady,

The total amount at the last row of the day is correct.
But cumulative amount on other days should not be shown. Is there a more holistic formula to hide cumulative amount on other days and show only total amount at the last row of the day.
