Hour count between date and time stamps, with 2 seperate conidtions

    Hello,

I have looked through this forum, and over sites, and although I have been close I am struggling to complete an hour count formula I am needing to put together. Hoping someone can help

Result needed to be an hour count between a start and end date and time, where depending on the nature will either be a straight hour count, or a workday and work hour count.

Conditions are whether the call logged has a 24x7 service contract or an 8x5 one (the 8 hours being 09:00 til 17:00), and 5 days Mon-Fri

I have attached an example using a logged date/time of 16:30 Friday 13th July 2012, and a close date of 10:30 Monday 16th July 2012.

Based on what I need the 24x7 option will have a 66:00 Hr time logged, and the 8x5 will have a 2:00 time logged.

Any assitance with this is greatly recieved
