Help with production % vs time worked. daily / weekly. thanks!

I work at a warehouse, recently promoted to a management position. Soon as i saw this is how they track peoples production i knew it was wrong. But i have never used excel before 3 days ago. This is for people selecting/picking cases of product per hour / day / week.

    Person 1:
Monday: picked for 8:42. Got 98.3% (8 hours, 42 minutes)
Tuesday: Picked for 1:37. Got 111.3%
Wednesday: Picked for 8:04. Got 122.6%

    Person 2:
Monday: picked for 7:43. Got 71.4%
Tuesday: picked for 1:27. Got 26.6%

The way my work does this as of now is they just have a column for each day and input the % for each day for each person. It gives a percent of the added days numbers at the end of the row for each person based on that days %. So for person 1 they average 110.7% for those 3 days picked. Person 2 averages 49%. This is obviously not fair or accurate because they don't take into account the actual number of minutes spent picking each day, just the day as a whole.

What i need is the formulas so i can input the time worked in relation to the % of production each day, so that the weekly average is fair and correct. Any help is greatly appreciated.
