    Retaining print settings

I have an Excel 2007 worksheet with specific print properties (orientation, printer to use, double sided) that are used to print it correctly. I have created a printing shortcut under the selected printer (which is not the default printer). However I cannot get the workseet to retain these settings. When "Print" is selected by the user, the default printer is always selected (not the one I want to use). Thus the user has to manually select the correct printer from the drop down menu and then select the appropriate shortcut under that printer's settings. This makes things difficult for other users and laborious for me when I use it.

I also want "Quick Print" to use the settings shortcut (automatically select correct printer and apply shortcut settings). I have done research but cannot make this happen. Saving the worksheet after printing from the shortcut does not work. Thanks.
