Min of range of cells excluding text.

Hey Guys

I need help with a formula. I want to have a cell that will grab the MIN value from the top row, but if there is the text 'auto' in one or two of the cells in the second row I want to disregard that column from the MIN calculation.

1.245 1.348 1.300 1.086
0.123 0.145 0.167 AUTO
1.122 1.203 1.133 1.086

These are race times, so the top row is the overall time, the second row is their reaction time and the third row is the raw race time or top row minus the second row.

Hopefully someone knows a formula to achieve this.
