    Hi bajjan,

There's quite a few duplicate customer names - how do you want to handle them?

    Hi bajjan,

Here's an UDT and Merge Routine - I've left the duplicates in place - I've left the result in storage - Did you want the results on either sheet or in a separate book?

Re: Need help merging on three columns

    Hi,

The results on either sheet is fine thanks.

The dups I can delete later. I just need instructor and city showing on single spreadsheet. :-)

    Thanks

    Hi Bajjan,

I had second thoughts and it revealed 13 extra records - I decided to make it be a real merge, which is what you asked for and it runs quickly and thoroughly so replace the last code with this:

    Hi again,

    Thanks very much!

However I have no idea what to do with that code.

I sent you the Workbook with code in the module - just download that book and replace the code (all of it) with the last version - then, using that book and the transaction book run the code - it will produce the merged records in key order.

Re: Need help merging on three columns

    Hi again,

I have tried using this but don't think I know how.

Can you just run it and merge the two files?!?!?

    Please!!!

Its okay if you mind. I think at this point I might have to scrap it anyway.
