Advanced Filter

Morning

I am trying to use advance filter to copy data to another worksheet. The criteria would be based on a name. For example, Column D contains the names of three sales person (Dan, Alice, and Jackie). I would like all of Alice's sales too be copied on to worksheet 2. What formula I could use to make that possible?
