Line graph with Target line

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if you can help me. I'm trying to create a line graph with a set of data and have a line running through it based on a target. Im having difficutly setting up the target line. Im using excel 10.

I have attached a sample data copy for your reference.

Would appreciate any assistance.
