Pivot Table not retrieving required data

Hello,

Please find attached pivot table with master data. I am not able to retrieve Net Inv Sales figures from the master data on to the pivot table. It is coming up as Zeros. Please advise.

Actually Inv Sales figurs are int text format so that why its not calculating them. Change it to number format. I think you exported these figures from some other database.

Just copy some values in MS Word file and Click Paragraph marks

Your figures have spaces in start and I'm unable to understand that what u mean by 1.128,00 or 0,00 ? r u using , as decimal place?

We can trim these spaces by using trim formula but please tell me about . & , sign?

Pivot table text format-.xlsx

Sorry file size was increased and file was not attaching so i changed it to 2010 format but let me try to make its size small in ms excel 2003.
