Conditional Formatting - Ticks & Cross

    Dear Community

I have got in a cell a tick and cross using P and O under Wingdings2 font.

I would like that if a tick comes up, it is in green and if a cross it is in red.

How would I write a formula to get this conditional formatting please?

    Thanks
