I Need to Split a time value and convert the minutes and seconds to a % of Hours

I have a time value expressed HH:MM:SS that I want to split in excel (Without using text to columns) that will convert this value to into H.HH.

I have been able to achieve this using text to columns and then dividing the MM by 60 and the SS by 3600 then adding across 3 columns. This has been messy but it works. I would like to find a way that does the entire calculation in one formula. Also, I have zero knowledge of VBA.

Attached is the workbook that hopefully will help make this as intuitive as possible for anyone that can step up and help me out on this one. I've been stuck for a day now. The green range correspondes to the green formula and the orange range corresponds to the orange forumula.
