PERFECT. Now I have another issue with this. I'm using Excel 2010 and after I had set up my Conditional Formating as shown and verified that it was working correctly, I saved it. It gave me an error stating something that I didn't see. Then when I reopened it, none of the cells with conditional formating are working. The values are right but the conditional formating appears to be turned off. How do I turn it back on?

I think you need to save file as macro-enabled, i.e. .xlsm file... is it?
