    hiding/marking many rows at the same time?

    I want to hide many rows at the same time.
    I have a column, if the row have a "x" in this column, i would like it to be marked and hided. Is there an easy way to do this?

    I also want to ask, is there a way to unhide all rows at the same time?

    Thank you for your help,

    Do you want to do the unhiding / hiding on the click of a button or as soon as the "X" is entered?

    Re: hiding/marking many rows at the same time?

    use a filter.

    Excel 2007 => data => filter

    and filter on everyting (except x)
    Notice my main language is not English.
