Multiple conditoins affecting a single Cell

Hi all. I am having a problem with formating a particular cell. Right now I have a formula to determine the number of days between an input date and today, basically a count down until the event happens. I am trying to condionally format the cell with my date input to change color depending on how close the event is.

My formating is fine when the date is over 30 days away, I leave the cell with no fill. I then use =and(o1<31,o1>9) with a fill or orange to indicate the event is getting closer. My problem comes when I add my second condition to it. I am trying to use =and(o1<10) to fill the cell with red jsut as a visual reminder that there are less than 10 days. Currently I go back to no fill with less than 10 days in my countdown box

Thanks in advance for youre help

I worked it out, like 30 min messing around got nothing, then suddenly I figured out the problem and got it working.

it works just fine on your file, except that you had quotes around and(o1<10), which i removed.

CSE, aka Array aka { }, formulae are confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER.
Replace commas ( , ) with semicolons ( ; ) in formulae, if your locale setting demands.
All good ideas are courtesy resources from this forum as well as others around the web.
