Excel 2007 : Need cells to highlight within 30 days

I am very new to conditional formatting (as in first time ever) and need to get help.
I have attached a document with random dates on it and need to have the cells show green if its within 30 days of the date the following year.
Then turn yellow from 30 days to the date the following year.
Then red if its past the date.
This document will also be updated with new dates so it would be ideal if lets say i change one of the dates to 2012 for the year then its will automaticly change back to green.
If that is not possible then i just need to know how to modify the code to do it. Thank you for any assistance.
