I need an equation for Column B where every 22 products will give me a #1, 2, 3... (1= 22 products, 2- 44, etc). Also I need an equation for the remaining products taken out of the 22 product equations in Column C.

Column B appears to have dates in it. I'm not entirley sure what it is you are looking for?
The dates are just the expected dates to have production ready by
it would be easier for us to help you if you showed an example of what you want, and how you arrived at your answer

All I need is an equation for every 2 products to show me that I have reached that point. Then it will conutinue on from the remaining products to the next 22 products...
try this...i used column E for this, so copy it there and move it wherever you need it to be
=IF(D3+E2>22,D3+E2-22,D3+E2)
