sumproduct with date filter

Dear All,
i was working on a sheet where i need to extract report thru 4 filter, all filters works fine except date filter.

someone suggest that it will work thru sumproduct, it works but at the end i am stuck with date filter.

please anyone help me in this sheet(attach for reference), its urgent if anyone can reply quickly.

hi amaan.khowaja. welcome to the forum. your Volume formula is correct, but you do not have May data. for the rest, i see that you did not include the date as the criteria? if you do not need the dates for them, you may use these:

Is welfare based on Column I in "Impatient"? then you can use this:

if you require the dates as criteria, copy the formula of you Volume inside both of these formulas

thanx benish for replying quick.... but i dont understand what you are trying to say cauz im not expert in the field. Just one help if you can do, kindly set the formula in the attach sheet. as far as date is concern i need the report filter thru date, physcian, fallout/non-fallout,source.

i would be greatfull if you please.

here's the file with the adjustments. but because you didnt reply my questions, i'm not sure if Welfare is looking at the correct column. As for date, i changed to to Apr since you do not have May data. For the Volume, is it a total of Apr data or Apr data with those criteria? this is the formula if it's for the latter:

it works fine and exactly welfare is in colum I, but its not working when i select the All in admission source, fallout/nonfallout and physician.

i used your old file instead, without all the sub headers. what i did was convert your source data into a table. and the formulas are now reading the tables instead of a fixed range. now you can add data & the formulas should take in the additions
