Change relative reference in many cells- each cell contains unique absolute references

I have a row of cells where each cell contains two absolute references and one relative reference -ex. E264=($E$157-E263)/$E$159. The absolute references are unique to each cell- the next cell is: F264=($F$157-F263)/$F$159.

For the entire row, I want to change the relative reference- example:
E264=($E$157-E263)/$E$159 changes to E264=($E$157-E141)/$E$159 and
F264=($F$157-F263)/$F$159 changes to F264=($F$157-F141)/$F$159

For the value being changed in each cell, the row number will be the same (ex 263 to 141), but the column will be unique to each cell.

Is there a faster way to change an entire row of cells like this without changing each one individually? (E264 extends to BC264 in my sheet).

Would:

E264=(E$157-E141)/E$159

work? Then you could drag it across the other columns and the first reference should also change.

could you just select the column or row and cntrl+f find and replace all, in this example find all 263 with 141? Are there too many different rows or columns to manually do that?
