Duplex Printing Issues

Greetings!

I am new to this forum and just want to thank you in advance for any help you may be able to provide me. Here is my issue...

I have a user who is printing a six page excel workbook. The goal is for her to print every page on a single sheet of paper, and this is also the problem. What follows are the settings I am using to troubleshoot the issue...

Print > Print > Properties > Printing Shortcuts > Print on both sides: I have selected "No".
Finishing > Document Options > Print on both sides > Unchecked.
Page Setup > Page > Fit to: 1 page(s) wide by 1 tall.
Print Orientation: Landscape.

Symptoms: When printed (no matter what printer I use) if the printer is capable of duplexing it will print the first page fine, and then it will duplex pages 2 -5, and then print the final page on its own.

I am at a total loss on this, any assistance that you can lend would be much appreciated!
