How do you remove THIS graphic/embedded/watermark looking thing from a spreadsheet?

I am new here, and thank you in advance for any help you can give!

I have a spreadsheet, on the sheet is PAGE 1, which looks like a watermark. I am unable to figure out how to remove it from the sheet. We have tried to treat it as.. watermark, ghost strip, picture, clip art, you name it..

Can anyone here tell me how to resolve this. Here is a link to a screenshot to show the issue, thanks!

Based on your last post it seems that you are satisfied with the solution(s) you've received but you haven't marked your thread as SOLVED. I'll do that for you now but please keep in mind for your future threads that Rule #9 requires you to do that yourself.
