How would I open Excel 2010 with a specific workbook by default?
Also, how would I remove the ribbons and reproduce the Excel 2003 toolbar or at least get access to the basic commands?
I find Excel 2003 almost unusable with an overwhelming number of commands for sharing and internet use that are useless to the single user.
Can I install Excel 2003 on same system as Excel 2010?

There are addins (paid and unpaid) that allow you to have Excel 2003 commands in Excel 2010. Do a Google search

Yes. I have both installed on my computer. I much prefer Excel 2003
