Till yesterday, I was working fine with Fill Handle (+ sign)..
For example : if i type any series Like B1,B2,B3, B4 and select and drag it use to auto fill the cells..
Not its not appearing.. How to restore that functionality??
Please advise.??

Welcome to the forum.
See excel options (alt + t+ o) and tick the checkmark against cell drag and drop feature..
In excel 2010, I have "Enable fill handle and cell drag and drop" in options.. try finding the same in your excel 2003.. thanks.
