Problem with data type - data type must be numeric, but I have numbers with leading 0's

Hello, I have an excel spreadsheet that will be uploaded to some program the SSN column must be
numeric data type and no dashes, but I have some social security numbers with leading zeros.

I would very much appreciate a solution

One way is to put a ' in front of the numbers.
