    Sort, duplicates, and new workbooks

The title probably doesn't help but I need some serious help. I have two databases (happen to be completely different but fixed that problem) that are sorted by address with the two separate databases in different font colors. I need to separate all 9k rows into three separate workbooks. One address only appears in blue, one address only appears in red, and one where blue and red both appear for the same address. I also need to keep all duplicates because those addresses have email addresses listed and we have to send to every email because we don't know which are valid and are not. It will take weeks to do this line by line and I only have a few days! Gotta love people who wait until the last minute to need something yesterday

This is a sample of what I'm dealing with:

    1508 Haverford Way
    1508 Litchfield Drive
    1508 Somerser Drive

    1508 Somerset Drive
    1508 Stoneoak Drive
    1508 winter haven ln

    1508 winter haven ln
    1509 Bristlewood
    1509 Canyon Wren Drive
    1509 Country Walk Dr

    1509 Country Walk Drive
    1509 Country Walk Drive

I've accepted it's not going to be perfect because people don't always enter their address correctly, but the bulk is what I need help with!

    Thanks in advance!!!!!
