Error "Destination reference is not valid." when trying to create pivot table

Dear xls experts,
I am using Microsoft office excel 2007 and when trying to create pivot table on existing worksheet I get the following error:
"Destination reference is not valid." I tryied all the hints fond through Google, but none of them helped. Can you please provide me with working workarround. It is urgent!
