Hello everybody

my name is Luca and i'm an italian economics student, and i found some problems while i was solving this exercise that you can download at this link:

Most important: explain which constraints do you use and how you reach the optimal, requested company(469, 30, 331, 32)

OK, i realize that.
In order to have a solution but not directly asking for it, how could i possibly reach a solution? in your humble opinion, which constraints will you use for that problem?
About e-mail & spam issues, well, it doesn't matter
