MS Excel 2013 Row Limit

Hi there,

New to this forum so please be kind.

Does anyone know what the Excel 2013 row limit is? I know for 2010 it's a little over 1million rows.

Really? It couldn't possibly be less than 2010?

To clarify, I am after the row limit for Excel 2013 not 2003??

Yes this is correct.

Excel can analyze data that is being pulled from an external data source or multiple sheets/workbooks.

I am specifically after the row limit of a single sheet in Excel 2013??

well since row/column numbers are not mentioned in any of the "new features" articles i think its probably safe to assume nothing has changed from 2010.
correction
i read an article that this is so as to preserve compatabillity with 2010/2007.
but it could be changed later
